LOWELL (KFSM) – A three-vehicle wreck stalled traffic Wednesday night on Interstate 49 in Lowell, according to Arkansas State Police.

A recreational vehicle and two passenger cars were involved in the crash near Exit 78 around 9:45 p.m. The RV’s front end sustained significant damage, while the two other vehicles showed minimal damage.

No one was hospitalized in the crash, although it stopped southbound traffic while emergency crews worked the scene. Traffic was later opened up to one lane in the area just north of the interstate’s Lowell exit, police said.

The crash area was just north of the construction zone that extends through Springdale and Lowell.
