Abducted Child Found, Great-Grandmother Arrested

FORT SMITH (KFSM)- The U.S. Marshals Service and the Benton County Sheriff’s Office have found a four-year-old boy who had been abducted by his great-grandmother, according to a release from the U.S. Marshals Service.

Marilyn Hollan was arrested in Kingsland, Ga. Friday afternoon (Oct. 31) for disappeared with her great-grandchild after a Benton County judge gave full custody of the boy to his biological father, the released stated.

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office asked the U.S. Marshals Service to help with the fugitive investigation in late October. According to the release, the U.S. Marshals Service began tracking Hollan across the country, leading investigators through North Carolina, Florida and eventually Georgia, where she was arrested.

    I saw a grandmother abduct her grandkids the other day with the help of a bought and paid for Judge named Jim Spears.

    Some people are forced to run in the best interest of the child because these judges here sure aren’t worried about them.

        Not disagreeing since I don’t know the details, BUT 1) if Lucas’ dad is fit and loving why didn’t he have custody to begin with, and b) “crazy” is a term I see loosely thrown around to describe actions or people that those effected by said actions don’t agree with.

        So explain 1) and also why is the lady “crazy”.

        Better yet what’s the case number and I’ll read it myself.
