Greenwood School Evacuated Following Bomb Threat

GREENWOOD (KFSM) – East Hills Middle School in Greenwood was evacuated Tuesday following a bomb threat, according to the Greenwood School District.

Parents can pick their children up at the East Point Elementary School. Bus riders are also being dismissed, according to the school district.

    when are faculty and staff of the greenwood public school system and the parents going to throw the hammer down on these kids??? enough is enough. its not funny. no one thinks its cute. something has got to be done. and soon.

    If Greenwood City Prosecutor Michael Hamby wasn’t too busy rigging his family’s personal court battles and covering his own lies to the city (see his Freedom of Information violation lawsuit filed against him in the Shadow Lakes corruption) maybe he could focus on doing his job and protecting the city.

    Scary thing is Mr. Hamby is much more dangerous to you and especially your children (why does he insist on closed door basketball practice for elementary aged boys?) than any bomb threat.

    Greenwood Public Schools… one time, a school system known for superior academics and athletics. Now, they are known for leading the state in bomb threat evacuations. Congratulations citizens, teachers, and school administrators of the Greenwood School District… must be proud.
