MADISON COUNTY (KFSM) – A man is dead after crashing his sport utility vehicle into a tree in Madison County on Nov. 3 at 5:32 a.m., according to a fatal crash report from Arkansas State Police.
Travis M. Kelley, 41, was driving west on AR 16 near Dutton when he ran off the road to the right. He drove parallel to the highway for several hundred feet before veering left across both lanes of traffic, leaving the road once more and striking a tree, the report states.
Kelley was driving a 1997 Ford Explorer at the time of the crash, according to the report.
The weather was clear but dark, and the road was dry during the accident, the report states.
