LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – State Sen. Jonathan Dismang, R-Beebe, was elected Friday to serve as Senate president.
Dismang replaces former Sen. Michael Lamoureux, who recently stepped down from the Senate to serve as Gov.-elect Asa Hutchinson’s chief of staff.
The General Assembly is set to convene early next year in Little Rock.
