NEW JERSEY (PIX11) – After receiving a call about a wild driver on Nov. 10, a New Jersey police officer spotted what first appeared to be a man lying on the hood of a car headed north, according to PIX 11.

Further investigation revealed the body was “halfway through the vehicle’s windshield,” according to an officer. The body had been that way for at least a mile and a half, PIX 11 reported.

The driver, Marcos A. Ortega, 33, of Little Egg Harbor was arrested after he failed sobriety tests when he was pulled over, according to PIX 11.
