JOHNSON COUNTY (KFSM) - The Johnson County Sheriff's Office is offering free rides home from Dec. 30 until Jan. 1, 2015, at 4 a.m., according to a post on their Facebook page.

"If you find yourself at a club or party and are unable to drive home, you can call us, and we will pick you up and take you home," the post states.

The post states that deputies will not take people to another party. They will only take people to their residence.

"We urge you to either have a designated driver if you intend to drink, or use this free service that we offer," according to the post. "If a deputy shows up to get you, don't show out, curse or make a scene. Just climb in and take advantage of the offer. It beats showing up on the inmate roster on Jan. 1, 2015."
