Fort Smith Police Search For Robbery Suspect

FORT SMITH (KFSM) -  Police say they are searching for a man who robbed a gas station in Fort Smith on Sunday (Jan. 4).

Police said the robbery happened at the Kum & Go located on Dodson Avenue.

The suspect walked into the gas station, acted as if he was armed and then fled through the back door of the building, according to police.

The suspect stole an undisclosed amount of money and cigarettes from the gas station, police said.

Police said the suspect's face was covered during the robbery. He is believed to be wearing a gray hoodie, a khaki-colored hat, and jeans.
