Poteau (KFSM)- The Oklahoma Blood Institute is holding a blood drive in Poteau today to help restock the needed supplies.
Organizers say, after the holidays, the blood supply in Leflore County has dropped.
Blood drives are set up over the next few weeks, hoping to get the supply back on track.
Today’s blood drive is being held at the Poteau Walmart. You can donate anytime between 2:15p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
After donating, the donors will receive a gift for giving blood.
