What's an adventure without man's best friend as your co-pilot?! Sean Bailey visits dog parks across the region to find all the fun you can have with our four legged canine friends in this week's Adventure Barkansas!

Man’s best friend has many places to enjoy running around off a leash across Northwest Arkansas.

Bentonville Bark Park on Highway 71 hosts three sections, one for large dogs, one for small dogs, as well as a unique agility aspect in the third section.

Fayetteville hosts a number of dog parks as well, including a three acre section of Bryce Davis Park and Lake Wilson.

Rogers has Ryan Murphy Dog Park, which has canine friendly amenities including a swimming pool and jungle gym. Bella Vista residents have access to the K9 Corral.

In the River Valley, Fort Smith's dog park near the airport on Massard Avenue expands across 30 acres. The small dogs have a long dog run to enjoy.

The rest of the area includes a trail around the perimeter. If your furry friend needs to cool down from all the fun, there is a large pond to swim in and a doggie drinking fountain.
