The members of the Great American Conference have long made their name by recruiting athletes from the western part of Arkansas and that trend continued on National Signing Day this year.
The six division II football playing schools from Arkansas cleaned up recruits in the area as seven local products are heading to Russellville to join Arkansas Tech while six more will play football in Arkadelphia next fall for either Ouachita Baptist or Henderson State.
