FORT SMITH (KFSM) - On a "5NEWS This Morning" segment that ran Sunday (Feb. 22nd), anchor Daren Bobb brought on John McIntosh with Red Cat Productions to discuss an art event launching in the River Valley. McIntosh is planning to paint five to six aging buildings around Fort Smith starting in early September. He describes it as an economic development project, and he says he hopes to make it a festival atmosphere.
