Garrett’s Blog: Snow Ending This Evening

Snow will be out of the area by 7pm with no additional snow expected overnight.

Snow will be falling at drive time in both Fayetteville and Fort Smith; expect delays.

Overnight lows will fall into the teens and 20s so it's likely that road conditions will not improve overnight. In places where the main roads are covered with snow, expect them to remain snow-covered until at least 10am tomorrow. Secondary roads may continue to be slick into the day on Tuesday.

The break will be short-lived as more light snow chances are in the forecast for both Thursday and Friday. While amounts may not be much, a few inches like today are possible. And like today, there will probably a few intense bands of snow that yield higher totals.
