Rogers Fire Department Responds After Car Goes Into Pond

ROGERS (KFSM) – The Rogers Fire Department responded to a traffic accident, in which, a car had gone into a pond with two people inside, officials say.

The incident happened before 4:20 p.m. at 40th Street and Walnut Street, according to the Rogers Fire Department.

Rogers Fire Chief Tom Jenkins said the vehicle, a silver Toyota Camry, was partially submerged.

He also said both of the occupants were fine.
