NWS: EF1 Tornado Touched Down Near Clifty, Preliminary Survey Shows

MADISON COUNTY (KFSM) – The National Weather Service announced on Friday (March 27) that a preliminary damage survey indicated an EF1 tornado touched down northwest of Clifty on Wednesday.

The tornado was on the ground for approximately four miles, the tweet states.

More information will be announced later in the day, according to the NWS.
