Siloam Springs Woman Dies After Crashing Into Metal Tank

OKLAHOMA (KFSM) – A Siloam Springs woman is dead after crashing into a metal tank with her car on Friday morning (March 27) at 7:14 a.m., police said.

Janice Mamahon, 59, was driving a 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier north on US 64 in Muskogee County when she failed to negotiate a curve and struck a large metal tank, according to Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP).

She was pronounced dead at the crash site, authorities said.

Mamahon was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the incident, according to OHP.
