WASHINGTON COUNTY (KFSM) - Washington County Quorum Court member Eva Madison sent a letter to Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge last week, saying her office is best suited to investigate the issue of poor bridge construction in Washington County. 5NEWS Managing Editor Larry Henry spoke to Madison for a "5NEWS This Morning" segment that aired Sunday (April 5).
