FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) - An inaugural event will take place Saturday (Apr. 11) night in Fayetteville recognizing artistic talent across Arkansas. For a "5NEWS This Morning" segment that ran Saturday, anchor Jay Plyburn spoke with the two people behind the Black Apple Awards. Kody Ford, founding editor of The Idle Class Magazine, and Bo Count, executive director of Art Amiss, discussed tonight's benefit that will feature live music and a fashion show.
