FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) – A new brewery opened in Fayetteville on Saturday (April 11).

Columbus House Brewery held its grand opening Saturday. It’s located at 701 W. North Street in Fayetteville.

Cary Ashworth, co-owner of Columbus House Brewery, said they’re located at a convenient spot in Fayetteville and encourages people to buy local.

“We’re located right off the bike trail here in Fayetteville, so if you’re out walking around and want a refreshment you can just pop in in your sweaty running clothes or bring your bike in,” she said.  “We just want people to stop by and support a local business.”

The brewery sells pints of all kinds of locally produced beers including an oatmeal stout, a golden ale, IPA and a nut brown.
