FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) – Power was restored after a brief outage that affected nearly 20,000 Fayetteville residents on Tuesday afternoon (April 21), according to a news release from Ozarks Electric Cooperative.
A breaker open at a west Fayetteville substation took nine substations out, knocking out power for customers east and west of Fayetteville.
The outage was repaired in approximately 15 minutes, officials said.
