FORT SMITH (KFSM) — A driver is cited after his truck carrying fertilizer rolls over on Rye Hill Rd. in Fort Smith, spilling the load, according to Fort Smith Police.
The accident happened Monday (May 4) morning at the intersection of Old Highway 71 and Rye Hill Rd.
Sgt. Waymon Parker said the driver over-corrected when his tires went off the roadway, causing the truck to flip.
The driver was not taken to the hospital, according to Parker. He was cited for careless driving.
