DORA (KFSM)- Highway 64D between Moffett and Dora in Oklahoma reopened Wednesday (May 27) following days of rain that pushed the Arkansas River over its banks.
According to Sequoyah County Sheriff Ron Lockhart, the Oklahoma Department of Transportation closed the highway because part of it is underwater and parts of it have washed away.
