FORT SMITH (KFSM) - It's been twenty years since Morgan Nick went missing from an Alma, Arkansas, ball park. But her mother is choosing not to give up the search, despite what people may tell her, "we get leads in everyday. Her case file takes up a whole room in a police department."

For a "5NEWS This Morning" segment that aired Sunday (June 7), anchor Daren Bobb spoke to Colleen Nick about the Morgan Nick Foundation. She said the organization's main focus is being proactive as oppose to reactive, which is what people tend to do when their children disappear. Moreover, they've trained law enforcement agencies around the country on preventive measures.

On Friday (June 5), new billboards and an age progression photo were released at the state capitol, and our Little Rock sister station was able to cover it. Colleen said that Governor Asa Hutchinson told her he would continue the effort to find her.
