LOGAN COUNTY (KFSM) – Logan County deputies released the mug shots and identities of two men arrested on suspicion of robbing the Subiaco Federal Credit Union on Friday (June 12).

Shaun Higham, 44, and Brandon James, 30, were booked into the Logan County Detention Center on Friday, and both men face a charge of aggravated robbery, according to jail records.

At 9:40 a.m. on Friday, a white man wearing all black clothing and armed with an assault-type weapon walked into the credit union and demanded money, according to the sheriff’s office. Employees gave him money, and he left.

Authorities arrived within minutes and began reviewing surveillance video and talking to witnesses. A perimeter was set up by multiple law enforcement agencies.

Deputies said a vehicle matching the suspect’s automobile description was found at 10:38 a.m. It was parked at a Logan County business. Deputies went inside and inquired about the vehicle, but no customers inside the business claimed it as their own.

Eventually, one of the two suspects ran outside, and deputies were able to take him down with a taser, according to the sheriff’s office.

The owner of the vehicle was taken into custody without incident, deputies said.

Inside the vehicle deputies found clothing and a firearm, both matching the description given by eyewitnesses at the scene of the crime, according to the sheriff’s office.

Both suspects were found to be in possession of a “substantial” amount of money, and authorities said they believe most of the stolen money was recovered.

As of 6:30 p.m. on Friday, both suspects continue to be held without bond in Paris at the Logan County Detention Center, according to jail records.
