FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) – The Walton Arts Center is in its sixth year of hosting Artosphere, an event that features many different concerts and interactive art exhibits.

The events and exhibits are either a free or priced at an affordable cost, said Jill Souel, marketing director.

“It’s just a great experience for people to come out and try some new art forms that they’ve never tried before,” she said.

A concert featuring the Artosphere Festival Orchestra, which utilizes natural sounds in their performances, is set for Friday (June 19) at 7:30 p.m.. Tickets are $10.

Many of the themes revolve around art and nature and are intended to spark a dialogue in the Northwest Arkansas about sustainability and nature. Souel said. The concerts and art exhibits are not only featured at the Walton Arts Center but at locations throughout Northwest Arkansas, she said.

Artosphere ends Saturday (June 27).
