FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) - Fayetteville Alderman Matthew Petty says the civil rights ordinance that goes before voters in September is different from the one that voters repealed in September. The interview, conducted by 5NEWS Managing Editor Larry Henry, aired on Sunday (June 21).
