Gas Station Armed Robbery Suspect Sought By Fort Smith Police

FORT SMITH (KFSM) – A gas station armed robbery suspect is being sought by Fort Smith police, according to a news release.

On Tuesday (June 23) at 11:37 p.m., police responded to the Flash Market on Rogers Avenue for a call regarding an armed robbery that had taken place, according to a news release.

The clerk told authorities a slender white man that was nearly six feet tall had entered the business with a revolver and demanded money, the release states.

He then left with an undisclosed amount of cash and was last seen traveling north, police said. The suspect may have tattoos on one or both hands.
