OKLAHOMA (KOTV) – The Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled Tuesday morning that the Ten Commandments monument must be removed from the State Capitol grounds.

In a 7-2 decision, the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruled that the monument violated the Oklahoma Constitution and “shall be removed.”

Mike Reynolds, a former Oklahoma Representative who helped re-erect the monument, released a statement saying, “From the start, we expected this case would likely go all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.”

i see where little rock plans on placing their own religious monument at the capital too. curious to see if they still do after this ruling. since it’s already been ruled on by the big, big court, oklahomer will be in for a shock….the court doesn’t like to chew the same grass twice and will refuse to hear it. alas, let the lawsuits begin!!

We have to have separation of church & state because that’s what this country was founded on. The government cannot endorse any religion, to protect the citizens from being forced to worship a certain way as it was in the old countries of the UK. If they endorse one religion, they have to endorse them all.

She won’t answer that because she can’t. Wonder how she explains religious based operations being forced to administer and/or participate in issues they find against their beliefs? Where is their separation on that? That’s only one of the problems with the libs. their way is the only way because they are so tolerant (not). Here is to hoping people start standing up to these power goons and start screaming I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it anymore!
