FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) – The Highlands Oncology Group building near Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville was evacuated Tuesday morning (July 6) after someone reported smelling smoke at the site, fire officials said.
There are no reported injuries.
The cause was believed to be an electrical shortage, but officials said the investigation is still ongoing.
