If you're trying to lose weight, you may want to try to go 'very berry.'

A recent study says that berries help burn fat. Researchers at Washington State University say that a compound found in most berries and even grapes could help combat obesity. Scientists studied lab mice and found that even mice on a high fat diet gained less weight than mice that were not given the compound.

The study says that three servings of fruit should do the trick. The compound can also be found in red wine, such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
