Free Hot Dogs Served At Community Picnic

FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) --Walker Park is scheduled to host a community picnic for "CDBG in the Park." The picnic will serve free hot dogs and drinks, while also teaching about the city's Community Development Block Grant program. Ice cream and snacks will also be provided by Hiland Dairy and Little Debbie.

This is the eighth year the picnic is being held, and in the past various non-profits have come out, along with the Fayetteville Library, fire departments and Fayetteville's Mayor Jordan has even made an appearance.

The event is free and open to the public. It's scheduled to take place from10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
