Big plays ruled the day when Roland and Checotah met in the second round of the Oklahoma 3A playoffs.
The Rangers scored on plays of 56, 52 and 70 yards as they built a late lead but the Wildcats found the end zone in the final two minutes to take a 29-23 lead and looked poised to knock Roland out of the postseason.
Running the two-minute drill to perfection, and having less than two minutes to do it in, Roland's Manuel Bunch hit a streaking receiver for a 51-yard touchdown as the Rangers escaped with a 32-29 win.
Bunch threw for 239 yards while adding 182 more yards on the ground.
