SEBASTIAN COUNTY (KFSM) — A man wanted by the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant for aggravated robbery was arrested near Millington, Tennessee Tuesday (August 11).

Michael Lee Jones, 36, of Fort Smith was arrested by Millington police without incident, according to the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office. He is now awaiting extradition to Sebastian County.

Jones was wanted following a home invasion on July 27 in the 1800 block of Red Brown Place, according to the sheriff’s office. After authorities issued a warrant for his arrest, Jones communicated with investigators saying he would not go back to prison and will have a violent encounter with law enforcement, the sheriff’s office said.

Two other suspects were also arrested in connection with the home invasion. Eric Hickey, 31, of Alma and Justine Hickey, 27, of Van Buren were arrested and are facing charges of aggravated robbery, according to the sheriff’s office. The fourth suspect in the aggravated robbery, Steven Flynn, turned himself into authorities July 30, the sheriff’s office said.
