FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) -- Police said they are investigating the suspicious death of a 20-year-old woman found in a Hill Avenue home on Wednesday afternoon (Aug. 19).
"You typically don't have 20-something-year-old females who just died of natural causes," an officer said.
There four or five potential witnesses, police said.
The crime scene unit is on the scene. Two households are involved in the investigation.
