FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) — A Rogers man entered a guilty plea to one charge of Bank Fraud on Tuesday (Aug. 25).
Former Arvest Bank executive Henry Dennis Smiley, Jr., 52, was accused of scheming to defraud multiple financial institutions in the Western District of Arkansas.
The case went through the U.S. District Court in Fayetteville. The FBI also investigated the case.
