RUSSELLVILLE (KFSM) — Russellville Police have arrested a man who they say exposed himself to a bus full of students earlier this week.
Joshawa White, 31, was arrested on suspicion of several counts of sexual indecency with a minor.
White is a registered sex offender and was transported to the Pope County Detention Center.
The incident happened around 3:20 p.m. Monday (Aug. 24) , near the intersection of Knoxville and East Main Street, according to police.
Students reported the incident to the bus driver, who then called 911.
The students involved told police the man was driving a white Chrysler Sebring. They also said he was wearing some sort of mask or bandanna over his face.
