SEBASTIAN COUNTY (KFSM) — Authorities are investigating the discovery of human remains, according to Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office information officer Philip Peevehouse.
The investigation was between Highway 45 and Highway 253.
The Sebastian County Coroner was called and the remains will be going to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for an autopsy and identification, according to the release.
The discovery of the body was made when a man was brush hogging a field.
A sheriff’s office release stated no foul play was suspected.
The victim’s identity was not confirmed.
