BONNE TERRE, MISSOURI (KFSM) — A Missouri man will be executed Tuesday night (Sept. 1), more than 25 years after raping and killing a 15-year-old Kansas City girl, according to a KY3 article.

Roderick Nunley, 50, is scheduled to be put to death by lethal injection in the state prison at Bonne Terre, Missouri, the station reported. Nunley pleaded guilty to first degree murder in connection to abducting, raping and killing Ann Harrison, who was taken while waiting  for the school bus in front of her home.

Michael Taylor, who was also convicted in the crime, was executed last year.

Nunley’s death will be the sixth Missouri execution this year.
