SPRINGDALE (KFSM) -- The annual Fall Carnival begins at Parsons Stadium in Springdale Wednesday (Sept. 30) at 6 p.m. with carnival rides, games and food.
Crews started setting up the rides earlier this week so their safety could be inspected by city and county officials. Besides the rides, there will be plenty of funnel cases, corn dogs and ice cream to go around.
This is the carnival's 15th year and organizers said it is a tradition for many families in the area to ring in the fall season.
The carnival wraps up Sunday night.
