UPDATE: U.S. 271 West Of Pocola Reopens Following Accident

LEFLORE COUNTY  (KFSM) — U.S. 271, a mile and a half west of Pocola, was reopened after both lanes were shut down for nearly an hour following a two-vehicle crash Wednesday morning (Oct. 7).

Troopers with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said it’s unclear at this time if anyone in the accident was injured.

The crash happened at 7:30 a.m. and the road was reopened by 8:30 a.m.
