FAYETTEVILLE (KFSM) – Applications to be on the Fayetteville civil rights panel are due Friday (Oct. 16.)

Alderman Adella Gray said there are seven positions available.

Those who apply, and are selected, would be in charge of reviewing complaints of discrimination within housing and employment.

The seven positions will be made up of two landlords, two business owners, two citizens at large, and one human resources or business law professional.

One of the citizens at large is required to be a member of the LGBT community.

All seven must be residents, and registered voters, in the City of Fayetteville.
