ADAIR COUNTY (KFSM) — A man is behind bars at the Adair County Detention Center after he was arrested Wednesday (Oct. 7) on suspicion of multiple charges, including grand larceny for stealing an RV trailer.
Leflore County Undersheriff Kendall Morgan said a neighbor saw the story on 5NEWS at 10 p.m., and alerted authorities.
According to Sheriff David Hardin, Derrick Cessna was arrested after a neighbor saw the trailer. Police obtained a search warrant and Cessna was taken into custody soon after.
Hardin said Cessna also was arrested on suspicion of drug charges, as well as others.
The LeFlore County Sheriff’s office had issued a grand larceny report after a $30,000 trailer was stolen from Jamatt RV Sales in Poteau.
