This week, meteorologist Melissa Hall is at Susan's in Springdale, which is famous for breakfast from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily, but that's not all they have. Their lunch menu boasts some home cooked classics. Let's check it out.

"We do spaghetti. We do open-faced hot roast beef. We do liver and onions. We have quite a selection. Then we do a full line of sandwiches. We do a homemade soup every day. With that combination, it's like what are you in the mood for? There is nothing that makes my mom more proud than going to a table, and you'll see someone with an omelet, bacon and eggs, an order of Spaghetti, and then a hamburger. When people don't know what to do, when nobody at work can agree on where to go, they go to Susan's. Everybody can get whatever they want. Whether they want breakfast or lunch."

No matter what you're in the mood for, Susan's will satisfy. It's a great place to meet up with friends and family to catch up. When Melissa stopped by, they cooked up one of the local's favorites.

"This is one of our most popular dishes here, the chicken fried steak. We use a fresh meat that we get from a local butcher shop here in town. Chicken fried steak was originally invented to hide cheap pieces of meat and cover them with enough stuff, they tasted good. Well, we don't go by that philosophy. We buy a good piece of meat. We hand patty it out ourselves in our own homemade toppings and batter, fry it up. Put a good sausage gravy, we serve with our biscuits and gravy, serve it with hash browns and eggs. Doesn't get any better than that in this fall weather. That'll keep you warm."

If you're craving something a little lighter, they also whip up some amazing, quick omelets made from local eggs, and fresh ingredients. No matter what they're cooking up, you're guaranteed it is going to be appetizing.
