FORT SMITH (KFSM) — Fire crews are investigating what caused a Fort Smith apartment building to go up in flames early Monday morning (Oct. 19).
Firefighters were called to the building on N. 21st street around 2:30 a.m.
Crews on scene said the one-story apartment building was unoccupied at the time of the fire. Neighbors tell 5NEWS the building was for sale.
No injuries were reported. The fire marshal is working to determine the cause of the fire.
