MADISON COUNTY (KFSM) – An Oklahoma man died Wednesday (October 28) evening when a car collided with his vehicle on U.S. Highway 12 in Clifty, according to an Arkansas State Police news release.

Troopers stated that Kevin Cain, 56, from Catoosa, Oklahoma was heading eastbound when a woman driving a 2012 Chrysler hit a guard rail, causing her to lose control. She then crossed into westbound traffic hitting Cain’s 2007 Toyota.

According to troopers, Kory Houser, 27, of Berryville was the driver of that Toyota. They took her to Northwest Medical Center in Fayetteville to be treated for her injuries.

Police notified Cain’s brother of the deadly incident at 11:55 p.m. on Wednesday. His body was taken to Brashears Funeral Home in Huntsville.
