Forestry Commission’s Stolen ATV Recovered In Logan County

LOGAN COUNTY (KFSM) — Sheriff Boyd Hicks reported that deputies recovered a stolen Honda ATV that had been submerged in several feet of water in Short Mountain Creek.

He stated on the sheriff office’s Facebook page that the vehicle stolen in Paris, Ark. had belonged to the Arkansas Forestry Commission, and had been stripped of some parts. He also believed it was a total loss.

The ATV was discovered in the creek just off Johnson Ford Bridge on Johnson Road, according to Hicks.
