One Dead, Five Injured After Accident On Highway 62 In Benton County

BENTON COUNTY (KFSM) — One person is dead and five are injured after a crash on Highway 62 in Benton County Wednesday (Nov. 18) at 10:35 p.m.

According to Arkansas State Police (ASP), 33-year-old Angel Worsham of Seligman, Missouri was driving eastbound on Highway 62 in the left-hand lane, when the front of her vehicle hit the left side of another vehicle that was in the process of turning from Boundary Line Road onto Highway 62.

Worsham was pronounced dead on the scene. One other adult and three children were also in the vehicle with Worsham and injured in the accident. ASP said they have been taken to Northwest Medical Center for treatment. The driver of the second vehicle was also injured and taken to Northwest Medical Center.
