UPDATE: Leflore County Roadway Re-Opened Following Accident

LEFLORE COUNTY (KFSM) — Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the westbound lane of U.S. Highway 59 is back open after it was temporarily blocked following a two vehicle accident.

Troopers said the accident happened around 3:15 p.m. on Sunday (Dec. 6) about three miles west of Spiro in Leflore County.

Traffic was blocked for 45 minutes as crews worked to clean the roadway, according to troopers.

No injuries have been reported.
