CHARLESTON & FORT SMITH (KFSM) - The Maggie House in opened its doors to thirty-three children, and Tyson Foods donated $47,000 to the Fort Smith Children's Emergency Shelter Happy Plate Food Program.
These are the first children to live in the new facility designed to provide a home to those who cannot live with their family due to certain circumstances.
Other children will be gradually moving in over the next several months.
