LOWELL (KFSM) — A gym building that was vacated in March will have a new tenant.
According to the Fitness One website, a facility in Lowell has been labeled as “Coming Soon.” The address listed is 1607 Empire Street, the former location of World Gym.
After the manager of World Gym filed for bankruptcy, the Lowell location closed.
Two World Gym fitness centers remain in northwest Arkansas: the Fayetteville World Gym at 2035 College Ave., and the Springdale facility at 866 S. 48th St.
